Meet the founder
Registered nurse, mother, advocate, and founder of Rooted Beginnings.
After caring for mothers and newborns, I saw how often all attention shifts to the baby while the mother is expected to quietly heal, learn, and carry so much at once.
Rooted Beginnings was created to offer mothers the education, reassurance, and compassionate support they deserve throughout the fourth trimester.

A note for mama
Whether today feels beautiful, exhausting, joyful, uncertain—or all of those at once—your needs matter. Rest is not weakness. Asking for help is not failure. Healing can happen one breath, one feeding, one prayer, and one small victory at a time.
You are seen. You are supported. You are held.
